Is this the right form for a fire alarm or security emergency?

What happens after I submit the booking form?
You'll see an on-screen confirmation and our office receives your request immediately by email. A coordinator will call or email within one business day to confirm the appointment window, technician, and any prep details (site access, panel location, contact on site).
Do I need to prepare anything for the site visit?
Have the property address, a point-of-contact on site, and — if possible — the location of the fire alarm panel, DACT, or head-end equipment. For monitoring transitions bring your current account number and monitoring company name.
Is the site visit free?
Initial consultations and quote walk-throughs for commercial fire, security, access control, and video projects are complimentary. Diagnostic service calls on existing systems are billed at our standard service rate, which we confirm before dispatching.
