Fireside Security designs, installs, monitors, and services commercial fire alarm, security, access control, and video systems for California property owners, general contractors, and facility teams.

Who we are

We are a licensed C-10 / C-7 fire life-safety and low-voltage contractor headquartered in California with regional offices in Santa Fe Springs, Hayward, San Mateo, and Sacramento. We hold UL Listing UUFX S36457 for central station monitoring, carry CSLB #978023 and ACO #7133, and are an active member of the NFPA.

Our field technicians are factory-trained across every major fire alarm, access control, and video platform. Our project managers understand the AHJs you actually work with — LAFD, SFFD, San Diego Fire-Rescue, San Jose Fire, Sacramento Fire, and county authorities — because we submit permit sets to them every week.

We serve healthcare, schools & universities, manufacturing, warehouse & distribution, office, hospitality & retail, data centers & biotech, and government occupancies statewide.

How we work

Every project starts with a site walk and a real conversation about code drivers, occupancy, and operational constraints. Our proposals are engineered, not templated. Our installations are labeled and documented. Our acceptance tests pass on the first walk.

When something goes wrong — a false alarm, a failed device, a change in code — one call reaches the same team that designed and installed the system. Not a call center in another state. Ongoing customers get preventative maintenance agreements tuned to the codes and inspection intervals their AHJ enforces.

Whether the scope is a new fire alarm installation, an access control rollout across a portfolio, a POTS-to-cellular cutover, or a Phoenix G2 station alerting deployment — we own the outcome end-to-end.

From the field

Real installs. Labeled, documented, monitored.

Every Fireside job leaves the site with the same signature: neatly landed conduit, factory-terminated devices, State Fire Marshal tag posted, and a Fireside-branded "Call Before Service" plate on the enclosure — so the next inspector, tenant, or contractor knows exactly who owns the system and how to reach dispatch.

From the CEO

"Protecting people isn't just our business — it's our purpose. Every system we install is a promise to the people who live, work, and gather under its watch."
